My God!

I just can't keep up...

The internet, it moves too fast.

Some quick notes, I've been out and about. The other day, I went with my lady fair to the Como Zoo (if you're not a Minnesota native, then you can read that as "free zoo / cheap date"), after which we went and saw Hostel 2, followed by a lovely dinner at the Olive Garden ('cause when I said it out loud, we both realized our crazings...). I'll talk more about Hostel 2 later, but, I will say that I actually thought it was better than the first, and if you know me, you know I'm not a big fan of sequels.

Other news, my boy Mike had a birfday, and has now joined me in the world of 26. It's scary place here, but, I'm sure his stay will be as brief as mine. Onward to 30, good sir!

Now, I have an ass load of links bookmarked, I need to figure out which I'm to use. Bare with me (or is that bear, hmm...). Understand that I will not have time to add perdy pictures... so, deal with it.

ASUS' $199 Laptop!

Wow. This thing looks pretty slick, and if they can deliver on that price, I'd be all over it. It looks like it will be preloaded with Linux, but they are talking about driver support for Windows XP. Even if it's just an internet appliance, a $200 portable internet appliance is still pretty cool.


Excited about the new Ford Fiesta?

Me either. But, for some reason, someone is.

No, not the flying car we've all been waiting for FAA approval for, instead, we're talking about a car that actually runs on compressed air.

I've heard of GayDar... but this is something else. Apparently, the U.S. government was actually toying with the idea of building a non-lethal weapon that would turn the enemy gay, and allow our boys to take over while they were busy humping each other's rumps.
